Join us for the 6 week workshop to prepare for Spring Break 2017!
Each week we'll meet for a unique workout, plus you'll get nutrition tips and tricks, recipes and ideas to help you look and feel your best on Spring Break. Enjoy a variety of instructors for a really well rounded approach!
Workshop meets every Saturday at 10:30am starting Jan 28 for 6 weeks. Cost is $90 per attendee. Drop in attendance is $20 per class.
