Send your kids and their friends to us for 6 weeks of healthy fun! This one hour class, led by Sherry Edwards, will take your kids through movement and stretching designed to keep those little bodies healthy and functioning at their peak! The focus will be well rounded and include strength and agility, flexibility, core control and feeling good! We also have short discussions on nutrition, self confidence and good sportsmanship. Tuesdays at 4:30 beginning January 19th-Feb 23rd. All levels are welcome, ages 8-12.
