Teenagers get small group training with Katherine Hubbard, Certified Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer. This 4 week session, occurring every Sunday at 10:45am in January, will give your teen a better appreciation of the mind-body connection. The group will work on flexibility that will directly impact the health of their joints and muscles, improving athletic performance and stability. In addition, they will benefit from the positive, supportive environment that Katherine creates, encouraging self worth and confidence.
