Yoga for Cyclists

Tight hamstrings, hip flexors, and neck/back do NOT make for a powerful cyclist!  Join Bree Ginden, Registered Yoga Teacher and former Big D Cycling teammate, as she takes you through the process of unwinding.  You will take home knowledge (and a print out!) of yoga poses you can do at home that ultimately will help you become a stronger, more injury resistant, and well balanced cyclist.  $10 for this valuable workshop.
