Whether you are a novice jogger or an experienced marathoner, yoga can complement and enhance your training program! Come learn how yoga cultivates muscular strength, flexibility, joint stability, mental focus, and body awareness. Your instructor, Katherine Hubbard, will go over common poses to accommodate the runners body (tight hamstrings, anyone?) , do a one hour practice designed to open up tight runners muscles, and talk about different types of yoga for various phases of training.
