Hot Power Yoga

Heated Vinyasa style yoga, moving at a moderate to vigorous pace.  Bring a towel and water. All levels welcome. No shoes.

RAW Tabata

This 45 minute class will move in intervals, work vs. rest. Each class will be different, so expect some strength training, some high intensity cardio, possibly a circuit workout, and a lot of core training!  Tabatas are a proven method for increased calorie/fat burn in a shorter, but more intense workout. Wear shoes. 

Raw Power MIX

Mix it up with cardio and weights using functional exercises designed to burn calories, develop lean muscles, and a strong core. This class is packed with energy and will keep your body guessing from week to week! Wear shoes.

RAW Barbell

Solid strength training class utilizing barbell equipment and weights.  This class will change the shape of your body! Wear shoes.

Core Challenge

30-45 minute class (30 min on the weekend, 45 min weekdays) of intense, functional core training.  Our core includes everything from our shoulders to our knees on the front and back side of the body. Create and define your strongest, most stable core! Wear shoes. 


Functional strength class that works the entire body.   A challenging, but fun class utilizing tubing, your own body weight, and dumbbells.  YOU will feel amazing when you leave both mentally and physically.

Yoga Body Bootcamp

This class combines the best of yoga and strength training. We begin and end as a traditional yoga class does.  In the middle, you will go through a series of yoga-based exercises (with and without weights) designed to strengthen your yoga practice as well as give you a workout.  You WILL break a sweat here, but you'll also leave with the same "light" feeling you get from yoga. Best of both worlds! No shoes.

Ballet Booty Pilates

Lengthen and tone with this ballet-inspired dance and pilates mix.  Upbeat music and world-class instruction will get you smiling, sweating, and getting results! No shoes.


45 Minutes of intense strength and cardio, a condensed version of Raw Power Mix. Wear shoes.

WERQ Dance Fitness

Cardio Dance class based on currently trending pop, rock and hip-hop music.  Come shake it, sweat and smile in this fun calorie torcher. 


This class involves kickboxing, athletic drills,  and functional strength moves.  It's a fun, sweaty and challenging workout. High intensity interval training with upbeat music, heart pumping cardio and weight training to tone the entire body.
